I am happily married in a blended family for 10 years and have 12 years experience as a founding member of a couples support group program, 13 years experience in men’s support group program, certificate for psychotherapy 2-year leadership program. I have been working over the past 13 years on self-improvement through conscious living and creating joy in my life. I am a recovering Alcoholic of 10 years
As a father of 2 teenager daughters, 2 step-teenager daughters and 1 step-teenage son, I am looking to help other blended families, individuals, business teams function as a respectful, caring conscious units. I am coaching couples, families, blended families and individuals through the understanding of conscious living and self awareness.
Corporately, I am a successful business executive with over 30 years experience in building exceptional service providing teams and relationships within those teams. Many of the learning’s I have received I bring into my team building philosophies within my business. I have been successful in the corporate world with building award-winning teams for the past 15 years.
Individually, I provide support and coaching for people to bring joy and happiness into their lives through awareness, ownership and the synchronization of the heart and mind. We are all meant to have joy and happiness in our lives it’s a choice. Our previous conditioning tells us it is hard work, difficult and looking from a negative place. We coach on reconditioning our focus and creating visions and intentions that bring happiness and joy.
My coaching practice I bring life knowledge, listening, compassion & understanding, optimism, integrity& honesty, creativity, intuition, practicality, confidentiality, coaching and business skills, and a lifetime of experience. Over the years I've been; an entrepreneur (Own Franchise), Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Director, Senior member of men’s support program, Senior member of Couples group support program, Soccer coach for 30 years ( 10 year olds to under 23 years), dad, husband, Step dad, older brother, mentor and life educator. I take all my life experiences and learn from each highs and lows, and they have now led me to life coaching. They also allow me to better support and assist my clients.
