Subsequent to studying and working in the Canadian Legal Industry and teaching Canadian Law courses at an Alberta College, I decided to follow my passion: to assist people to realize their dreams, live free from boundaries and overcome limitations.

 

In October, 2010, I realized my dream of moving from Canada to Costa Rica, with my husband Kevin and our 2-year-old little angel Bili Be.  I believe in living life from my heart - free from judgment and past attachment, with an end result of pure love and happiness.  Through yoga and natural health; including ayurveda, meditation, life coaching and counseling, I inspire others to do the same.

 

I am currently a Certified SR Coach, a Certified Life Coach through the Chek Instiutute of California, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (through the Yoga Alliance), Costa Rica’s only Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher (second in Canada), A Certified Yoga Teacher Trainer (through the Yoga Alliance), A Meditation & Anatomy Teacher and Ayurveda Practitioner.
