Tara comes to Subconscious Restructuring from the world of small business, having been a manager and/or consultant for the last fifteen years in a wide range of industries: educational publishing, industrial design for public transit, wholesale distribution of reference publications.  She has been elected twice to a position on the board of a national trade association.  Tara also has seven years' experience creating and managing private peer groups for professional women.  From this broad experience, she understands the importance of aligning the subconscious with the conscious intention to reach goals, particularly for business owners and managers.
