SR® for Corporate - Military - Education – Primary Care - ER

The SR® Institute has a comprehensive implementation plan for building an infrastructure of Certified SR® Counselors, Life Coaches and Master SR® Counselors. This infrastructure allows complete control of the behavioral health component in any environment. The 2 Day Certification is available for smaller entities or individuals along with the option of hiring SR® Counselors from the SR® Institute.

SR® Implementation Benefits

SR® is a Standardized Means of Measuring & Monitoring the Emotional State and Behavior
Data collection with three time proven instruments is an integral and mandatory part of the SR® process. This allows consistent measuring and monitoring of both counselor and client over time.

SR® Ease of Implementation
Integration and control over the behavioral health component in any environment will happen in 5 days. After Certification a CSRC can put an individual or group through the complete SR® Process within 4 hours with dramatic before and after data. An abbreviated version of SR® can be implemented in as little as 10 minutes with before and after data in time constrained instances such as in the ER.

SR® Online Data Entry of the Entire 7 Step SR® process
Implementation of SR® can be done on paper or online with our EHR (Electronic Health Record) component for optimum data collection and security. Our EHR component allows you to work with multiple clients worldwide from a central location with access to statistical analysis from the Emotional Checklist for individuals, groups or global data over time.

5 Day Certification & Implementation of SR®
  • Preparation – Voluntary SR® session participants will be needed for each person going through the Certification process from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Day 4 and 5. Should their not be enough voluntary session participants two CSRC’s can be assigned to one voluntary session participant. In the education market a CSRC Client Agreement must be signed by a parent for those under the age of 18.
  • Day 1 – Day 1 is very intensive as the potential CSRC will play both counselor and client. Please go here for a complete outline of Day 1 and 2.
  • Day 2 – Day 2 we cover the legal aspects of becoming a CSRC, follow-up and the online component of SR®.
  • Day 3 - The newly Certified SR® Counselors conduct a scripted workshop under the supervision of a Master Certified SR® Counselor with and confront every possible variable a CSRC may encounter in an SR® session.
  • Day 4 - On Day 4 the newly Certified SR® Counselors meet with a session participant and put them through the first half of the process.
  • Day 5 – On Day 5 the newly Certified SR® Counselors meet for the second session with their assigned voluntary client and put them through the second half of the process with a follow-up Emotional Checklist. After the voluntary participants have been excused the Master SR® Counselor confirms the results of the before and after Emotional Checklists and issues the CSRC Certificates.
Who Will Become SR® Certified in Each Environment
  • Corporate – HR employees are the logical choice for SR® Certification but this will be widened depending on the needs and size of the corporation
  • Military – Implementation and integration of the SR® process will begin with SR® certification of selected Military leadership, psychiatrists, psychologists, chaplains, and Family Support Center staff.  As selected Certified SR® Counselors become Master SR® Counselors over time, each unit and base will reach a point of self-sustaining competence. SR® Certifications would ultimately make their way into basic training with use of the three instrument Emotional Checklist for data collection of everyone entering the military. This would establish the foundation for a preventive infrastructure for PTSD and all other behavioral health issues.
  • Education - Implementation will begin with the SR® Certification of school Administrators, Teachers, Counselors, Coaches, and Staff. The Emotional Checklist for Ages 7-17 would become part of the school registration process and would allow easy identification of student behavioral problems and special needs students.
  • Primary Care – Implementation into primary care will include Certification of all physicians and those employees chosen by the physician.
  • Hospitals & Emergency Care – Physicians and Registered Nurses are the primary candidates for SR® Certification but many other care givers in the hospital environment can be SR® Certified.
