SR® Corporate Objectives

Accountability Efficacy & Results: An integral part of SR® requires data collection with three time proven instruments. This represents a comprehensive unprecedented means of monitoring an SR® Counselors performance and the employees they are working with.
Autonomous Behavioral Health: The Master SR® Certification program allows for complete autonomy of behavioral health within any corporate environment. When someone becomes a Master SR® Counselor they will then be able to certify others.
Rapid SR® Deployment: SR® Training is a 2 day process. SR® Certification will occur in less than two weeks after the new SR® Counselor completes 3 SR® sessions. From there the new SR® Counselor will be able to work with clients worldwide from a central location.
