Printing and Setting up Your Workbook

The Step 7 mp3 – When you open up the SR® Workbook PDF, you will see a dialogue box at the bottom with the Step 7 Introduction and Trance-Formation mp3. If you do not see a dialogue box click on the paper clip icon in the lower left side of the PDF. The mp3 was not embedded into the document so you could save it to your hard drive and burn it into a CD if you choose to do so. If you are printing your document simply close the box. If you want to play the mp3 double click on it. If you want to save it to your hard drive highlight the file and click on Save right above the file.

Printing – Check the Duplex (double sided) print option in the Properties tab of your printer. If you print the cover separately, (recommended) use the borderless printing option under Properties and then start your print of the rest of the document from page three. The cover will look much better printed on photo glossy paper with your highest quality settings.

Binding – A one half inch three ring notebook with a clear front for the cover will work the best.

Tab Set – You will need an eight tab set. Simply put the tab before each Step of the program. This will allow you to quickly reference any section.
