SR® Support Definitions
Email Support
Email support is the fastest support.
Retake Certification
All CSRC’s can retake an SR® Certification for up to one year.
Phone Support
Available during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Response Time
If immediate response is important please let us know.
Support Forum
The support forum is used for a wide variety of issues including client and counseling issues.
Supervisor Support
Supervisor designation within the Burris Connect environment can include some unique challenges depending on the number of SR® Counselors one has been assigned. This is a critical part of our support system that insures you are always up and running smoothly.
Client Support
The Burris Institute will follow up on and resolve issues specific to the SR® Process. This includes but is not limited to participating in an online session.
