Subconscious Restructuring® Definition: SR™ is an evidence-based 7 Step Emotional Measurement™ process designed to interrupt, restructure and reprogram one’s emotional state and behavior from the nucleus of the subconscious.

Are there any prerequisites for the Burris Coach Training & Certification?

Yes. The single prerequisite for the Burris Coach Training & Certification is a commitment to be the best through use of the SR™ data infrastructure and empowering your clients with the tools you have been trained to use from the SR™ Training. Even though we certify psychologists, teachers, RN's, physicians and many other professionals in the medical, mental health, and holistic health communities we do not require a background in these fields for the SR™ Certification.

In every field there is a measurement for success except for the fields of counseling, coaching and mental health. The introduction of SR™ into psychiatric care in 1990 permanently changed this. SR™ is still the only program process that can prove what it claims to produce which makes the CBC the absolute best.

What is the timeline for Burris Coach Training & Certification?

Burris Coach Training: Burris Coach Training is a 3 day process 4 hours per day
Burris Coach Certification: Burris Coach Certification is complete after putting 3 clients through the SR™ process with one follow-up. This can usually be done within two weeks but you will have 90 days to do this with your Burris Connect membership.

What is the Certification Designation of a Burris Coach?

YourBurris Coach Certification will have the designation of "Certified Burris Coach" or CBC.

As a CBC you are distinguished with the ability to implement an Evidence-Based Program Process [google.com] and a Proven Process for Depression.[google.com]" The SR™ process has set a clear standard in the counseling and coaching disciplines by virtue of its data collection process and its ability to address human behavior from its origin at the deepest level of the subconscious.

Is Burris Effective with PTSD, Depression, and Other Behavioral Health Issues in the Military?

Yes. Burrris Coaching begins at the inception of an emotional state and does not require a diagnosis or background history in order to work. Burris Coaching guides one through the process of how an emotional state comes about, and then how to interrupt, restructure and reprogram that emotional state. How does Burris Coaching work in the Corporate Environment?

With the use of Burris Coaching in the corporate environment conflicts become usable, arguments are turned into a productive event and medical costs are reduced by empowering every employee with tools on how to consistently take control of their emotional state and behavior. Key personnel can be Burris Coach Certified and designated to monitor the emotional states and behavior of all workers via a monthly deployment of the Emotional Checklist, Behavior Control Checklist and Relationship Satisfaction Scale.

How would Burris Coaching Work in Education?

Every teacher will tell you that intellectual development is dependent upon emotional development. The implementation of a process which would allow schools to measure, monitor, and improve the emotional development and academic progress of their students, however, has not been available until now.

In the past, studies to assess emotional development and academic behaviors in the context of academic learning have been limited to changing how material is presented, changing the material itself and many other techniques that strictly focus on academia, and give no consideration to the core emotional state and development of the student (and school administration, teachers, counselors, coaches, staff, and parents). No. Even if only one person registers we will do the Certification. This is a policy all Master Burris Coaches agree to.
