One's relationships with family, friends and coworkers are the most important issue in life. People skills will always outweigh intellect. This is why one of our instruments for data collection is a Relationship Satisfaction Scale. How you speak to yourself will eventually be reflected in how you speak to others. This is why there is an immediate change and improvement on the relationship satisfaction scale. The implementation of several other tools through the course of the SR® process allows one to have the greatest level of control with the optimum level of rapport.
